In an effort to better serve our customers and keep costs down, we will no longer be shipping backorders. What this means is that if we are out of stock on a product and it will be longer than 7 business days before it is restocked, we will cancel the item off your order and charge your credit card accordingly. However, there are 2 additional options: 1) Put any substitutions you have in the comments section on the shopping cart & we will do our best to fill your order that way or 2) If time is not an issue, please write "ship complete" in the comments section on the shopping cart. Please be aware that your order may take 4-6 additional weeks to ship using this method.

 

We have been experiencing unbelievable supplier problems, we believe due, at least in part, to the shaky economy. Some have went out of business, others are experiencing financial stresses & are unable to stock their own inventories quickly, one even held our money that we paid for supplies for lengthy amount of time before notifying us that they were not carrying certain oils any longer and on it goes...
